I learned a lot about business from my dad. He would go to several greenhouses and select only the best, healthiest plants out of thousands to add to the selection of the ones he grew himself. His customers always knew that they could never find better quality than Fern Grotto. Now I am cupping (taste testing) each lot out of dozens of coffee microlots before ordering, and selecting only the best for Chat House. Thanks Dad, for teaching me that quality always comes first....
