Secretary of ABE
The Secretary would be responsible for the registration and legal status of ABE, and for overseeing fiduciary obligations to shareholders. The Secretary would ensure compliance with government regulations, review the reports that the Treasurer will prepare, conduct shareholder voting as needed, ensure that shareholders are issued appropriate shares of earnings, and provide an annual report for shareholders. The Secretary would be accountable to the President for the legal standing of ABE, and to the Shareholders for the execution of ABE fiduciary obligations. The Secretary would be compensated with 2% ownership of ABE to compensate for approximately 100 hours during the first year, and 25 hours during subsequent years, that would be needed to fulfill his duties. Jim Anderson of Maple Valley, WA has accepted the position of Secretary. He has many years of experience in administration and in the business world, and will assure that we maintain our legal and financial obligations.
